Information You Give Us: We collect a variety of information that you provide directly to us, including information submitted on our website forms and login pages.

4. How Do We Respond to ‘Do Not Track’ Signals?

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.

5. Your Privacy Choices

Marketing Opt-Out: You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, by unsubscribing from newsletters in your online EvoShop account, or you can contact us at help@evoluent.com. You will still continue to receive service-related messages concerning products and services you have purchased (unless we have indicated otherwise).

Account Deactivation: You have the right to deactivate any accounts created on our website, by contacting us at help@evoluent.com. If you cancel your account, not all of our services will be available. You will not be able to view the status of your order, and each time you shop with us you will have to re-enter your data.We will still process and ship any pending orders for which you have paid.

Your California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third partie’s direct marketing purposes.
